dragon of the shining hills

This is a joking and outward character who is the first to any humor. relative to the nature of his home land he is a very light hearted character if not just simply a total spaz. However the jokes and humor are also a product of deep self consciousness.

So With this one, Instead of the usual bat-like wings I went with the feathered kind. I think They turned out much better than I had expected. I really think they fit the person. Also this is one of the few pictures I overlayed in ink. Although I didn't do much for shading.
